Welcome to The Soccer Akidemy. Bridging the gap between grassroots and the professional game.
A football hub run by former Premier League professional footballer, current Head of Individual Development and U21s Coach at Sheffield United.
Danny Cadamarteri who has over 20 years experience of playing professional football at the highest level in England and Scotland. The Soccer Akidemy is a football development programme for boys and girls from 4 to 19 years of age.
The curriculum has been established to promote your child's overall well-being through the use of football and to help, support and develop football at grassroots level for all ages and abilities to elite standard and in some cases Academy standard.

Our Football Scholarship Programme is ideal for anyone looking to make the step from the grassroots to the semi-professional or professional game.
We give the players opportunities to train with UEFA A and B licenced coaches and former professional players on a daily basis, as well as completing a 2-year, A-Levels or BTEC Sports qualifications.
is delivered by a coaching team with over 70 years combined experience of the professional game. All coaches hold UEFA A and B licences as well as all the relevant FA coaching badges.
Sessions are focused on delivering technical and tactical training along with position-specific sessions to develop the individual player.

We offer a diverse range of A-Levels in subjects such as maths, business, history, and psychology.
Also available are BTEC Level 3 and Level 2 courses in sport and an option of GCSE resits if required.
are a fundamental part of our programme and we deliver games against professional clubs such as Hull City, Salford City and Manchester City. In some of these games, the professional clubs are looking to recruit players.
We also compete in the National Schools Football League representing our partner Parkside School.

We currently use the playerdata GPS System to monitor the players physical load which includes top speeds, distance covered and power. This is an enabler to manage injury prevention.
Our Analysts use VEO Sports Cameras and are used in both training sessions and games to highlight areas to develop and areas of success.

Have the freedom to be creative, make their own decisions and solve problems in an array of challenging technical and game-based sessions. This encompases fundamental agility movements to help with balance and coordinaton.
Our Foundation Phase develops how to link the fundamental and movements to the technical side of the game. Individuals will develop the Pro Football Academy Technical Fundamentals – Ball Control, Passing & Receiving and Goal Scoring in an environment where players are encouraged to take risks, express themselves and problem solve.
As players progress to the Youth Development Phase, a more balanced approach is adopted where the players game understanding is developed, whilst still maintaining a degree of freedom and creativity. We also want to ensure we develop players who are effective decision makers. not the ba all and end all we teach players to win and manage games effectively.
